          These Terms of Service govern all users (Employers and Job Seekers) who access and use the content
          and services provided by the PEZAJOB website (the "Platform").
        </p>

          By using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Service
          and our <a href="{% url 'home:privacy' %}" style="color:var(--primary);font-weight:700">Privacy Policy</a>
          and agree to be bound by them. If you do not wish to be bound and abide by these Terms of Service or
          our Privacy Policy, you should not continue to access or use the Platform.

          PEZAJOB may amend, add to, delete or revise these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy at any
          time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Service
          and our Privacy Policy.

          <h2><span class="privacy-icon"><i class="fas fa-clipboard-check"></i></span>Use of Our Platform</h2>

                <p>The user (Employer and Job Seeker) agrees and expressly states that he/she is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the Registration Data and other information given to PEZAJOB in the registration for membership in order to use the Platform. The Member will ensure that the data shared with PEZAJOB doesn't contain any fraudulent, false, misleading or manipulated facts.</p>
              </div>

              <div class="tos-body">
                <p>Browsing through job seeker profiles on our database of registered job seekers can only be used for recruitment purposes. Using this service for the purposes of marketing or direct selling to job seekers is prohibited. All database rights and other applicable copyright and intellectual property rights belong to PEZAJOB.</p>

                <p>You shall only use our Platform for the intended purpose of job application, job posting, job seeker selection and career coaching. You shall not post, publish, transmit, store, distribute or circulate anything that:</p>
                <ul class="privacy-list">
                  <li>Violates any law or regulation;</li>
                  <li>Infringes any copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights or proprietary rights of others, or violates the privacy, publicity or personal rights of others;</li>
                  <li>Causes any discriminatory, political, religious or security unrest;</li>
                  <li>Is harmful, discriminatory, defamatory, threatening, harassing, intimidating, obscene, abusive, hateful, racist, blasphemous, false, illegal, improper or otherwise offensive or objectionable; and</li>
                  <li>Contains viruses, trojan horses, worms, corrupted files or other materials or programs that may interrupt, disrupt, damage or limit the functionality and operation of the Platform.</li>
                </ul>

                <p>You further agree not to infringe or violate PEZAJOB's rights and therefore shall not:</p>
                <ul class="privacy-list">
                  <li>Print, download, duplicate, transmit or otherwise copy, reproduce, redistribute, republish or use any Personal Data (as defined in the Privacy Policy) of any other Platform user for any purpose other than job application or recruitment through our Platform;</li>
                  <li>Delete, revise, remove, screen scrape, data mine, or deploy robots or similar gathering/extraction tools on the Platform in any way;</li>
                  <li>Send unsolicited messages and emails, hack, violate or attempt to circumvent the Platform's security systems in place, including accessing data not intended for you, logging into a server or user account without authorisation from us, or probing, scanning or testing the vulnerability of our systems and networks in any way that breaches our Platform's security and authentication measures.</li>
                </ul>
                <div class="privacy-note">Violation of our Platform and/or these Terms of Service will result in civil and criminal liabilities.</div>

                <p>PEZAJOB reserves the right to remove any of your material as we deem appropriate without any notice or requesting your consent. We will also look to you for any recourse.</p>

          <h2><span class="privacy-icon"><i class="fas fa-balance-scale"></i></span>Limitation of Liability</h2>

                <p>PEZAJOB is only a career hub and professional job search manager for job applicants, job posters and career coaching providers. We do not represent or guarantee that:</p>
                <ul class="privacy-list">
                  <li>Usage of our Platform and services will result in successful jobs, interviews or recruitment;</li>
                  <li>Any advice provided by us, or data, content or material available on the Platform or provided by PEZAJOB, is accurate or useful;</li>
                  <li>A job applicant is competent or truthful;</li>
                  <li>A job post or job poster is genuine and legitimate;</li>
                  <li>The Platform shall be fault free, error free, virus/bug free or uninterrupted.</li>
                </ul>
              </div>
            </li>

              <div class="tos-body">
                <p>The Platform may include links to third-party sites or material. PEZAJOB has no control over third-party sites or material and shall not be responsible as such.</p>
              </div>
            </li>
            <li>
              <div class="tos-body">
                <p>In no event shall PEZAJOB be held responsible for any transaction between a job seeker and an employer, or in any case, transactions between users of the Platform and users with third parties.</p>
              </div>
            </li>
            <li>
              <div class="tos-body">
                <p>PEZAJOB shall under no circumstance be liable for any of the following losses or damage, regardless of whether it is foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise:</p>
                <ul class="privacy-list">
                  <li>Loss of data (including Personal Data);</li>
                  <li>Loss of revenue or anticipated profits;</li>
                  <li>Loss of business and opportunity;</li>
                  <li>Damage to goodwill or reputation;</li>
                  <li>Losses by third parties; and</li>
                  <li>Indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from use of the Platform.</li>
                </ul>

                <p>In addition, PEZAJOB shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting in any way from causes beyond our control, including without limitation, power failure, IT network, computer, server and infrastructure failure, fires, acts of God, war, government actions and non-performance of third parties.</p>

                <p>To the fullest extent permitted by law, PEZAJOB and its affiliates, associated companies, officers, directors, employees, agents, proprietors, partners, representatives, servants and advisors shall not be liable in any event for damage of any kind suffered by you, whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform.</p>

                <p>You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless PEZAJOB and its affiliates, associated companies, officers, directors, employees, agents, proprietors, partners, representatives, servants and advisors from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, injury, liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including legal expenses on a full indemnity basis) arising from or relating to your use and/or breach of the Platform or these Terms of Service. You further agree that this indemnity is separate and shall not prejudice our rights to any other rights or remedies in law.</p>

                <p>The user will pay promptly the Subscription Fees as required by PEZAJOB from time to time, which the user may choose on a monthly basis, 6-monthly or annual basis. The subscription fee is only charged for the purpose of using our Platform and for the maintenance of the Platform.</p>

          <p style="margin-top:16px">With this registration, you agree to accept communications (through calls, chat, mail or SMS) on the numbers made available during registration.</p>

        <div class="privacy-section" id="featured-professionals">
          <h2><span class="privacy-icon"><i class="fas fa-star"></i></span>Featured Professionals</h2>
          <ol class="tos-list" start="17">
            <li>
              <div class="tos-body">
                <p>Sponsored profiles of job seekers will appear at the top of the search results page where the employer's search query matches that of the job seeker. Where there is no set search query, PEZAJOB will randomly recommend profiles.</p>
              </div>
            </li>
            <li>
              <div class="tos-body">
                <p>In case you choose to discontinue your membership with us, you can unsubscribe / remove your account by completing the delisting procedure using the "Delete Account" option available in your account settings.</p>
              </div>
            </li>
          </ol>
          <p style="margin-top:16px;font-style:italic">Thank you for using PEZAJOB. We will strive and continue working to make this your favourite platform to manage your career.</p>
        </div>

            PEZAJOB uses "cookies" to help personalise and maximise your job search experience. Cookies are
            small data files sent to your browser to store and track statistical and other information about
            you when you use our Platform. These may include:

            <li>Faster loading of the Platform;</li>
            <li>Browser type;</li>
            <li>Common entry, common exit and drop-off points;</li>
            <li>User profile, frequency of visits, time spent on pages and page views; and</li>
